Made an appointment on a *Monday* for a *Friday* morning service call for my misbehaving HVAC and was given a window between 8am-noon. Naturally, given a 4-hour window I had to take the day off from work. W.L. Staton called me at 9:30am on Friday morning to tell me they wouldn't be able to make it out that day - period - because the tech in my area was on a job that would run long. Of course, no other techs were available, either. No, I'm not going to take another day off for you and roll the dice that you'll no-show again. Guess who *is* coming within the next 3 hours? F.H.
