Brian and Scott placed new hose bibs on our house and unclogged a 90 ft outdoor drain network today (a clog that eluded us for over a year and has been causing damage). We'd had two contractors look at the problem and they seemed happier to punt on it. Brian and Scott tackled the problem head on, found a clog, and restored drainage. Yesterday, Jeremy and Keshawn installed extensive copper piping which will serve this home for many years. All of this work is very satisfactory. Heidler employs professional and skilled plumbers. It's also very clear they take care of their employees and that their employees respect each other. They are a class act.

I called yesterday about replacing an old sump pump that was starting malfunction. The customer representative was very responsive on the phone and we scheduled an appointment for today. A message was sent with the picture of the service person so I would know who to expect. They arrived soon after, looked at the pump, gave me a very reasonable price quote, and did the work. They were here approximately an hour, installed the new pump, and cleaned up their work space. I could not be more pleased and highly recommend Heidler! Ask for Jeremy, he is very knowledgeable and friendly. I will definitely call them again if I have plumbing issues.

Bryan Shores came to run a new water line from our basement to the poolhouse. He did an excellent job. They arrived promptly and did their best to avoid making a mess. He was happy to discuss the approach they were to take and altered it to make the job easier. Job was finished in two days and they cleaned up as best they could.
