    Very displeased of the service I received. I am very careful with my military uniforms and carefully explained what I needed done and even positioned the components on the uniform as it should be. I paid upfront for the services as I was asked and waited 4 days. Today I picked up my uniform for my command uniform inspection only to find my service stripes were much too high, my rank was not sewn on at all, and my rocker was positioned far to inboard. Needless to say I was irate. The lady refused to do a spot sew job for the rank and said the earliest she could get it back to me was Monday next week. No money back. I essentially paid to deface my brand new dress uniform set.  If you are a service member, I highly recommend you stick to using proven locations that are familiar with military uniforms to minimize or avoid confusions altogether. Don't let what happened to me happen to you as well.

    Informed today that because I am dropping off my "military uniforms" I am required to pre-pay for dry cleaning services, which I refused to do. I'll be sad to have to find another dry cleaner but if this remains the case, I'll be forced to do so. Not a good business practice for the home of the USNA.

    I went in with a bag that needed two straps attached. The lady helping me said I should go to a shoe repair place. I showed her the bag and the straps I needed attached and how they should be attached. She agreed to do the project. I prepaid and left. When I came back, one of the straps was attached incorrectly. She said I didn't explain clearly. That could very well be. Regardless, when I asked if she would fix it she said no. Next time, I'll go to someone who cares enough to either 1. pay close attention up front 2. pay close attention when attaching the straps so they're attached on the same place on both sides or 3. fix the mistake to make the customer happy and deliver on what was promised. She did do a good job on the one strap and did a good job attaching the other, though it was placed incorrectly. She was also friendly and nice - just wished she'd cared enough to fix the mistake so I could have a functional bag.
