I have constantly struggled with joining exercise based groups or gyms and then bailing because of time/energy/feeling like I dont belong - but not here!! I feel soooo fortunate that KUMA opened up a Westbrook location and that I joined. Never in my life before now have I been SAD that I cant make it to more classes a week. I love this place and the people!! Kickboxing is so fun but the people are what make it. From the coaches to my classmates, cant recommend this place enough!!!

Kuma in Westbrook has been an amazing way to get in shape, meet new friends, and feel powerful. They coaches are so motivating and welcoming. I did the foundations course and never looked back. You can join us every first Friday of the month to check it out, totally free. I do two boxing classes a week and one box lift class. All of them are worth it. Ive learn so much already, and I always leave looking forward to my next class. They do community events with its members. I could go on all day about how wonderful Kuma is.
