Iron Legion Strength Co.

For years I've had mobility and knee issues plus I've struggled with my weight. I've never been comfortable with going to the gym due to many factors. But when I saw an ad for Iron Legion Strength Co offering the first workout for free I figured why not. That's when I met Jon. Him and the rest of the Iron Legion crew made me feel so comfortable and welcomed that I knew this wasn't your ordinary gym. After just 4 weeks working with Jon my mobility has improved at least 80% and I can trust my knees because they feel so much better now. I can't imagine working out at any other gym. I'd give them 10 stars if I could. Best decision ever.

I came to Iron Legion after graduating from 2 years of post-op physical therapy. Coach AJ is the best cheerleader that I didnt know I needed! She is always looking out for safety and even made some modifications when my back was acting up so I could still do a safe workout. Iron Legion is a super supportive environment, especially for people who arent gym people. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. I love being challenged every week to get stronger with no pressure or comparison to be like anyone else. Training at Iron Legion has vastly improved my physical and mental health. So glad I found this place!

I am 29 years old, and it had been about 10 years since I had done any strength training. Iron Legion Gym has, not only brought it back into my life, but made it an absolute hobby of mine. It feels AMAZING! My body feels great, my mindset feels great, and I absolutely have Iron Legion to credit for that! Thank you, Iron Legion!

I am a year in receiving personal training services with AJ. I went from being somebody who gladly wasn't active and didn't strength train, to sincerely looking forward to it every week. Iron Legion is capable and flexible in their ability to serve you in the way you need. I am grateful to have met AJ and the crew!

I LOVE working out with Harmony and getting a great work out in as she sets up a tough program! Its wonderful to not have to wait for a machine and knowing Ill leave sweaty and stronger than when I began! Joining Iron Legion was one of the best decisions Ive made. You wont regret the work or experience with the trainers!!
