      image Not really someone who leaves reviews but the service was so bad Ill just mention here to anyone looking- the older gentleman with white hair- maybe Phil? I dunno- he just made the whole process of returning a pair of shoes excruciating. Not offering any help or telling me options or explaining anything. I dont need someone to be super nice but not even an ounce of friendliness was shown by this individual.
      I ended up walking out because I wasnt confident my package was going to be in good hands and I felt so frustrated that my very simple task was being treated like a massive inconvenience.
      Ill go to a different store that doesnt smell like cigarettes were cranking in there all day and Ill find a location that has people who will treat me nicely.
