      image "The UPS Store #3781 in Scarborough Is the best. The employees are always welcoming & very helpful. I arrived with 4 very large heavy boxes to ship out. I got one box in the store and said to the gentleman that I had 3 more out in the car. He said let me help you with those and grabbed a dolley and went out in the rain to my car and got the others. They are the nicest group to deal with.

      image We just returned home from vacation. We stopped here to ship home a beautiful framed print that was too bulky for our luggage. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Our print arrived well wrapped and in perfect condition.

      image I love elderly people but the old man with the white hair working at this location is a arrogant, miserable wretch and should be fired. Terrible attitude, condescending, snapping at customers every time Im there with a cant be bothered attitude. Hes more suited to warehouse work where hell never have to engage the public in a customer service environment. Will not go back into this store location until he is gone.
