I made an appointment for my mother and mind you we live far out of town like 53 mins away thats far from Portland and South Portland I went to the mall and stopped by JCPenney salon to book an appointment and I throughly explained what my mother wanted and booked the appointment. The day of the appointment we go in and the front desk lady with kinda short light hair told us that she can only do the color and cut and the third service that was requested cannot be done because the other hairstylist did not know that her previous client before my mom had lot of hair I went on to explain its not our fault she tried to justify it and tell me its not their fault either how is it not your fault you guys should know what your working with and book appointments according so we just left wasted time and gas very disappointing and customer service sucked I wouldnt even rate this one star I highly do not recommend this hair salon at all.
