When I gave Sonja a 5 star review, I was recovering from leukemia. She sold me a gorgeous wig and styled it beautifully. The wig and help with my natural struggling hair was a blessing. Sonja did wonderful work and seemed to be a very kind person.
A few weeks later, I needed to cancel an appointment for a cut. I was feeling very sick. I made numerous calls to talk with her and reschedule. She clearly screened my calls and never took another call from me. Shortly after my cancelled appointment, I was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. After surgery and chemo, I yet live!
I was unhappily surprised by Sonjas dismissal of me and very disappointing by my own judgement of character. Services: Bang trim, Haircut, Hairstyling

Sonja changed my life with just a partial hair extension. I had heart transplant surgery and was losing my hair. She applied this partial wig (real hair) and it brought me to tears. I felt like myself again. Sonja colored the wig to match my hair color. She took the time to explain everything and how easy it was to apply and style it. She even help me to use my HSA card to pay for the partial wig. I did a lot of research-Sonja is the best; hands down in Maine. She is an excellent wig specialist and anything to do to make you feel beautiful again. Sonja makes you feel comfortable, special, and cared for-the very best- HIGHLY recommended!!!!

Sonja is the do all to end all! She radiates joy and enthusiasm and you can tell that after 22+ years of doing this, she loves it just as much now as she did then! And her experience and expertise are obvious in her work, how she respects your individual thoughts and opinions, but may guide you gently in another direction if necessary.

I was suffering silently with beginning alopecia. I tried ordering a wig online, which was a terrible experience(and the company was a scam, what they sent was nothing like what was pictured and then would not refund my money) I read Sonja's reviews and got up enough courage to visit.I felt a lot of shame about my condition. Sonja was so sincerely kind, positive and welcoming. She really knows what she is doing and how to restore confidence. Even my own sister did not know I had a wig on! If you need a wig or just a talented stylist with a heart this is the place to go! Highly recommend!
