        Prime was wonderful , IRA is a joke! Worst financial and customer service ever! Purchased a car and they paid it off and billed us for the old one. Not sure how this is even possible. Its been 95 days now and they still havent straightened it out.

        Traded my reliable Chevy for a Tundra. HUGE MISTAKE. Using Ira for vehicle service an even bigger mistake. I took delivery of a brand new 2023 Tundra in August of '23. In less than six months the radio control knob has broken off, power seat function inoperable, and the recalls.......BIG safety recalls. Risk of fire. Christina, I think most customers are less interested in your need for "a zen morning" and more interested in having their vehicles serviced properly. I mean, if your team can't even address a minor power seat fail complaint properly, how confident can anyone be in your proper handling of potentially fatal recall remedies?? Toyota still has not presented a permanent solution for the fire hazard recall due to fuel line issues. Scary! Then next step is to consult with professionals on consumer rights for this type of situation.
