I had an appointment the following morning but I was on a time crunch for that day. I dropped my car off at 3:30 pm and told Riley I was in a time crunch and he kindly offered to look at my car this afternoon if I was willing to wait. I waited, within 5 minutes he told me what I needed and a quote and said he could get it done within the hour. After he finished he showed me what he did. Riley is professional, conscientious and truly goes above and beyond! Thank you!

I had a broken hanger on my Chevy Trail Blazer, I drove into Lous, in Saco, hoping to make a appointment, with in minutes, they drove my car in the bay and Riley welded me a new hanger, Lous and Riley are the best repair shop in the,Saco Auto Mile,I will come back to this business and I will recommend this place to everyone I know, thank you Soo much, Riley.

Lous in Saco, Maine has EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. My exhaust fell off in a parking lot, I drove right to Lous (near closing time) and they attached/fixed it right there on the spot, even though Riley, probably wanted to go home... Riley, who did the repairs, was fair, honest and direct with what the repair would entail. THANK YOU RILEY! We will be back as well as sending friends and family your way!
