I was treated with kindness and compassion during my visit. It was a comfortable visit, while still very professional and informative. Did not have to wait long for the results of a strep and flu test. I found this much easier than my past experiences going to any of the other urgent care clinics in the area, and next time this will be the first place I go.

Just like similar comments. I made a. Appt. Online. It was the last one. I picked the 5pm appt. And got to the store at 4:58 and was checking in on the screen. It could not find my appointment (my wife even checked online and saw the 5pm appt available and I advised her I already booked it and was on my way in. .the dr saw me checking in and asked if I had an appt. I told her I made one but it didn't show. She advised me that she didn't have a 5 in her schedule and that she never had one available. Mean while I asked if she could take me and she said she already had a 5pm. I left there at 510 and still no one else there. I had my almost 3yr old with who needed her ears checked as we were thinking ear infection. Lots of pain and a fever. She could see how desperate I was and she had no sympathy. She just kept repeating I can't do anything and I can't help you. She was awful. I did tell my child this was a bad place. She lost her mind. What I ment was this place has time to see my daughter and will not. The window says walk in welcomed with no fine print. So even tho my appt didn't go thru and I offered to wait as long as it took she refused her medical service to my child. "Bad place" was my way of putting it nice around my child.

terrible customer service. I went in and the minute clinic was closed, I came back the following day after attempting to call CVS 5 times in the morning with no answer & no transfer. I got to the clinic and she was out for lunch, when I returned I waited and explained the situation. She was extremely rude and declined me as a walk in. Saying she didnt have time to see me, even though the patient didnt show up for their appointment, and it clearly states that walk ins are accepted. Extremely dissatisfied in the way I was treated by the NP. 0/10 .
