As with every experience at ConvenientMD, I was treated quickly and effectively by friendly staff from the check in to the doctor and anyone I encountered in between. Its such a great service to have when a primary cant be accessed.

Ive been here twice. First time it took about 15 minutes to get checked in, followed by a wait time of one hour and twenty minutes. Im currently in the waiting room on my second visit. Waited 50 minutes just to get checked in, now waiting to see a doctor. If its busy, their check in process is a mess. They need a deli style take-a-number system. Ive witnessed several people walk up to the window not realizing other people are waiting just to check in, and be offended when waiting patients tell them. My first visit I received great care when I did see the doctor. And I like they can dispense many medications on site. So, mixed bag. Good care, but youre basically playing the lottery when it comes to wait times.

On Tuesday, April 2, 2024, I went to the Convenient MD Urgent Care Center located at:191 Marginal Way, in Portland, ME. I saw Elizabeth BelBruno, NP, she made a very unprofessional remark to me. She told me that I have been to The ConvenientMD Urgent Care Center several times!!! Since, January 2024, this has been my second time at The Convenient MD Urgent Care Center. She told me that my blood pressure of 140 was fine, it isnt. Prior to Liz seeing me in the examination room, the physicians aide took my blood pressure. She checked my blood pressure again. My BP was checked by the attending PA after my appointment with Liz was over. The systolic number was 120. I do not find that it is an NPS place to tell me that I have been to The ConvenientMD several times!!! I also showed her my hands. My hands are red, and itchy. However, she did not tend to the dermatological problem that I am having on my hands. She told me to see my dermatologist. I made an appointment to see my dermatologist. The earliest I can see my dermatologist is April 18. She was very rude and dismissive of my high BP reading that the Physicians Aide took before she saw me.
She did not want to be bothered prescribing ointment for my hands!!! She obviously does not want to do much work!!! If this urgent care center continues hiring NPS or FNPS who make inappropriate and unnecessary remarks to me about how frequently I have been to this urgent care center over the span of one year, or a few months, then I will no longer use this urgent care center!!! Please hire NPS or FNPS who are more professional, and do not make remarks to me about how frequently I have been to this urgent care center. These people should not care about the number of times I have been to this urgent care center. Liz came across as being stupid and moronic!!!! These people need to think before making stupid remarks to patients!!! I have never had to deal with this before. It is absolutely appalling and reprehensible. She made a very poor impression on me and made me feel very uncomfortable.
