DO NOT USE!!!! I lean towards small businesses and try to take care of the local community before larger brand names and chains. I try not to profile a group of people off of one bad impression, however, in this unfortunate circumstance, it is the owner of the company that is providing the unprofessional service which leads me to believe the others just fall in line or are the same. Veronica Schneider, the owner of Green Tree Realty, is by far one of the most unprofessional keyboard warriors (hides behind a computer screen and sends out threatening emails as a means of intimidation) I have ever dealt with. Her representation of her office and her clients is beyond reprehensible. She lies, exaggerates, and speaks ill to others on behalf of her clients, which are more than likely idle threats and her clients probably are not aware. Her concern is not for her clients, being a team player, or creating memories for new buyers or sellers, but to line her pockets any way she can. Folks, this may be the way things happen in Canada, but the greater Portland area is not Canada. I would never recommend nor would I ever work with a piece of property that is tied to Green Tree Realty or Veronica Schneider!!!

We just purchased our first home and it was such a wonderful experience working with Veronica and her team. Initially, we were worried about purchasing a home on the other side of the county but Veronica made it so easy (and fun!) for us. Green Tree listened to all of our needs and made us feel like we were the only clients they had. Not to mention, we had so much fun in the process! Working with Veronica and Natalia was just a dream come true and I cant imagine working with anyone else for our housing needs. I cannot recommend this company enough!

I have purchased real estate in several states, and I must say that the 4 different real estate transactions that I've done with Veronica were amongst the easiest I have had. Veronica is passionate about looking out for her clients, and is not just in "close mode". She is always available and quick to respond to questions and concerns. She also has a great network of contractors and mortgage brokers to help with any bumps that come up. I can't recommend her highly enough.
