Mr Fletcher, Your employees engage in very unethical practices. The prior review is 100% accurate. Fletcher Group Realty requested us to sign a backdated agreement. The communication with your firm is atrocious. Is it really so hard to reply to an email or take our phone call? Fletcher Group will respond to a google review 10x faster than they will pick up a phone. Your employee strung us along for months. When we would call to try and speed things up, he was impossible to reach. He even let us make special plans to travel to Lewiston, only to cancel our look-see of the property on the day of the walk through. Does this really happen so often you can't remember? Unbelievable. This is NOT inaccurate or false. Perhaps you should supervise your team. Disappointing.

Buyer beware of Kevin Fletcher and the Fletcher Group Realty! We have had nothing but problems with them ever since we agreed to purchase one of the properties they represent. After reaching an agreement at full price, they kept stalling and asking for extensions. As months pass, they change the original day of the settlement and ask us to sign a backdated agreement. Is that even legal? That's not even the half of it. They stood us up when we came up to see the place. We knew we were purchasing a "fixer-upper" but their deceptions left us questioning what more they were covering up. The property has been on the market for years and now I see what has likely been going on. We have never dealt with a Real Estate company that is so unprofessional.
