We had done our homework and were impressed with Maine Home Connection's professionalism. We contacted Laura and Michael and asked them to make a presentation to us. Theirs was really thorough and heavily fact based with lots of research on comparable properties, an optimistic , but reasonable market analysis of our home's value, and a multi-faceted media/marketing plan. They sold us, and then they went to work. Their efforts included producing a really professional video tour that got plenty of views on their website and generated a lot of buzz. We held one open house and, all in all, from the day of first listing to the receipt of the winning offer was only 15 days. 31 days after the offer was accepted, we closed. Throughout it all, Laura was there, always available, always helpful every step of the way.
