Great little store. Nice to be able to walk to a pharmacy downtown.

The pharmacy at this CVS closed mid day because of a staff shortage without notifying my wife and I that our COVID booster appointments were cancelled. When I asked the check out staff about it they sent me to the Forrest Ave CVS and told me that CVS had agreed to honor the appointments that were cancelled. We drove to the CVS on Forest and they refused to honor the appointment because they were on lunch break and had not agreed to take any appointments from the Congress Street CVS. Now we have to wait another two weeks for a booster because appointments are totally booked everywhere.

Pharmacist was completely rude. I gave him proper insurance to get flu shot and he denied me my flu shot! Saying my medicare n main health wasn't enough! Huh??? I went to wallgreens with no problem. Asian pharmacist is rude n strange
