Walgreens Pharmacy

These people dont care about your well-being and would rather close earlier and make you miss two doses than do their job. I sent that order in two days ago. You shouldve seen the problem and fixed it. I hope you think of me during a panic attack when you cant sleep at night. This is not my first bad experience here.

They dont pick up phone. I was on hold for 45 mins only to be hung up on. And then on hold another 20 where they hung up on me AGAIN. Whoever was in charge of picking up the phone on Tuesday september 5th is a horrible employee. They let the phone ring and ring and and my issue was never resolved. Worst customer service Ive ever experienced. If I could rate the god awful pharmacy -5 stars I would.

Absolutely the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. They don't answer the phone. I say on hold for 30 minutes before the annoying music stopped and ringing began. Oh good someone finally to talk to. Nope. Just rings indefinitely. Try to renew online. Nope. This isn't the first time either. There seems to be an issue every time. And I am using one of the most commonly prescribed medications. The people are nice and seemingly competent so a star for that.
