      image I have trained at this dojo for over 20 years. Dojo is a friendly community with a welcoming and non-threatening atmosphere for men and women. The instructors are top notch, skilled and good at teaching- all with decades of experience. Learning the art itself is a fascinating experience- it is brutally effective, smart, very cool, and one that has endless levels of mastery, both physical and mental.
