I recently began attending classes at Krav Maga Maine and Im hooked! Jon, Adam and all of the class attendees are great. The atmosphere is relaxed (yes, relaxed in spite of the nature of the subject) and theres no judgement! I was worried about several aspects of this undertaking but my worries were laid to rest after I attended the first class. Its as affordable as a gym membership and the techniques one can learn, quite easily I might add, may save your life! Valuable skills and fitness to boot! My only regret is that I cannot attend every class. Work has to squeeze in there somewhere. The location is convenient and the choice of weeknights X two nights and/or Sunday morning classes gives one flexibility in scheduling. Cant rave enough about this place! Dont wait; sign up today!

I attended my first class last night and everyone was very welcoming and accepting, it was a small group and there were no feelings of judgement and a very relaxed atmosphere. I am looking forward to the next class!
