This is a great soap for controlling seborrheic dermatitis. It's mild, fragrance free and you'll see results almost immediately. It also works great on your scalp replacing any dandruff shampoo you're currently using. I've been using it daily with only positive effects. I've not seen a product like this offered at Walmart, CVS, Walgreens, or any other local pharmacy. I couldn't be happier with my purchase.

We received our Dermaharmony bar of soap on January 24th, 2024 since using it as reccomended by my dermatologist, I have noticed a significant difference on my face and scalp. Flakes continue to decrease and I am very pleased with the results. I will continue to use the Dermaharmony bar of soap and will reccomend it to others who have have the same condition.

Been using the 2% ZnP Bar Soap for while now, seems to be working. Will update this after a month.
