Stopped into the showroom today and spent about 45 mins walking around. The two ladies sitting at their desks never once asked us if we needed help with anything or offered any help. Its unfortunate because we are building a new house and need a lot of fixtures. Will not be giving this company our business.

I purchased a faucet two years ago at Ferguson on St. John st Portland me, and it started to leak ( crack). $400 faucet.went to Ferguson on st and produced my invoice. It had almost no helpful info on it. And, they do not keep record" past a year...".so they were not going to help me at all besides give me the number of the manufacturer.want to receive really bad customer service?want to be given the runaround?like being treated like a nuisance?then buy something at Ferguson St. John st Portland Maine. i won't be back.

Know this right before buying from Ferguson, you cannot Return items but can only REPLACE an item. Unacceptable. Two months after we installed a fan/lamp, it started flickering like a strobe lamp. I am not wanting another. Hassle to install and strobe lighting is NOT relaxing like a bathroom can be.
I went in for a quick half an hour consultation to pick out all of my fixtures. That confused me more, but I could not have more time. Then, I couldnt talk with the person anymore because she was no longer there.
I got an American Standard quick flush with barely any water - did not know. I was told that I could get the lever in brushed nickel, but that is leaving a mark on the lid. Grrr.
I choose Moen because on the unlimited warranty, again in brushed nickel. It shows every water spot, as does my Corian countertop.
I was excited to find Ferguson and now wish that I had not.
