        Called for a MC Battery, got a" yes.. we have that in stock". Drove 1hr. from Limerick Maine to find out they don't stock it....then get blank stares and each one in there saying, "Not Me, No not Me!" Well not me either.... Never Again!

        My husband called yesterday morning to inquire about getting a new key fob for our car since ours has never worked properly. They located the item and told us the best time to come in so the right person would be there to program the fob. We went in that afternoon and saw the same man my husband spoke to on the phone. He had the keyfob all ready at the front counter and we brought him out to the car so he could program the fob. This whole process took 5 minutes from start to finish AND they were cheaper then what we were quoted by a locksmith in the area. The fob works flawlessly and we couldn't be happier. We will absolutely be back as we need a spare key made soon as well. Thank you for working so efficiently and professionally!

        Came in because my phone wasnt charging. Guy behind the counter fiddled with it for less than 5 minutes and said it was working again. Got home and it wasnt working. Went back the next day and they changed the charging port out. I picked it up and they called 5 minutes later saying they forgot to put my SIM card back in. So I had to go back and get it.
