Maine Balayage

I made an appointment one month ago and was so excited for my first hair appointment in a year and a half. I couldnt find the salon so I called the owner multiple times, searched around the listed address, and waited outside for half an hour after my scheduled appointment time. She did not pick up and her voicemail box is full. I proceeded to ask multiple other businesses at the location for help finding her salon, but they had never heard of her and so I gave up. I organized my whole weekend around this appointment and saved up for one month. Her work looks beautiful on her website, but I guess I will never know.

A friend of mine went in had her hair done it didn't come out as she asked the artist offered to fix it and then decided it was a good idea to rush the job and the outcome was even worse.. then through conversations had decided a refund was not an acceptable solution because apparently they "don't do them" . The service and communication she received was exceptionally poor and I had thought about going there until this happened...

When I found myself in a need of a new stylist I was very, very nervous but I found Randi and I now I couldnt be happier. I was looking for gray coverage with natural-looking highlights and my color always turns out looking beautiful! People ask me all the time where I get my color done and I tell them Randi at Maine Balayage!
