        Noelle is the best of the best for coloring and extensions. Also helped me grow out one of the worst cuts I have ever had from an unnamed salon in fla. She is very responsive with text messages, makes time to squeeze you in if necessary with her already very busy schedule. Love her!

        Absolutely phenomenal. Noelle is attentive, hyper detail oriented and will work with you to get EXACTLY what you want. If I didn't live in Maine I'd get on a plane just to see her. She is insanely talented, you will never want to go anywhere else!
