I have to give a STELLAR review to Michelle Mcann for allowing me to just immediately walk into her office and open a new account to prevent further pilfering. Michelle was Totaly professional And COMPASSIONATE! Truly empathetic and helpful. I had numerous questions and she had the answers and Solutions immediately. I obtained a new debit card immediately while seated at her desk! Michelle had replaced my Ominous stress and anxiety about my situation with relief and Calm. No one has EVER Been such a help to me in any situation in my life, with the exception of maybe an EMT during an ambulance ride. I felt genuine compassion. Hi Tim, Rudd, I apologize for not getting back and writing this review sooner you are a credit to the credit union and I appreciate everything you did for me during that process of the loan paperwork and your suggestion of the insurance for my new vehicle. Thank you for helping me With the process of filling out the necessary paperwork for buying my new vehicle I would highly recommend you to anybody that I may know to help them through the process it was 20 years since the last time I bought a new vehicle through the credit union. Michelle McCann's customer service is hands down unmatched. I've taken out a lot of loans in my life and Michelle makes things so easy and timely for me every time I work with her. She is extremely responsive and knowledgeable! If you need a loan, I highly recommend you contact Michelle at TruChoice.
