Great people that care about their relationship to their clients, this type of service I think would be difficult to find at a larger bank. Always friendly, responsive, and work to accommodate your situation.

Tired of showing up to a closed bank on non holidays. I will have to find a credit union that isn't so lazy.

Terrible service and the clerk was very rude. I just left there.. They wouldn't let me cash my work check even though I showed them all my identification and had my account numbers memorized. Worst service and bank I've ever been too. Made me feel like a criminal for cashing a check with my full name and place of work on it.

I've had fantastic experiences with FCCU in the 15 years I've been with them. My debit card was compromised recently and they handled it with confidence. Their service is excellent.
