Ive never written a bad review for any establishment, however the lack of respect they have for their patients and well-being is discouraging. They dont take patient concerns regarding health seriously and in result leads to needing more serious medical attention after being disregarded for so long. The providers are very well stuck in their own ways and arent willing to hear patient perspective.

I'm new to Martin's Point Health Care. My new doctor is great. Martin's Point billing department is awful. I have spent hours back and forth with them and Anthem. Never a problem before with any health provider until Martin's Point.
Martin's Point billing is so frustrating I may have to find another doctor NOT in the Martin's Point system.

Wonderful location. Doctor was great years back, but today has no time. You will be luck to get 3 minutes with the doctor. Hope you get a good nurse as she will conduct most of the appointment. Dont expect the doctor to care or engage you with any of your new issues. Dont expect your doctor to advocate for you. Dont expect to have medications refilled on time. Expect to wait for appointments a month or so unless they can switch you to another doctor you have never met. Not a place you will get well these days.
