Penobscot White Water Rafting

This was our first time white water rafting and what an experience! The adrenaline was rushing the entire time. The guides made us feel super comfortable and safe and had great conversations with us. We would come up with strategies as a team and learn how to navigate the rapids! Our guide was Tom, he was an awesome guy i highly recommend him! Not to mention the food after I wasnt expecting much but WOW. The steak rice and lemonade were top tier. We are from Texas and the standards are high.

Highly recommend rafting with North Country Rivers! The guides were fantastic and we felt safe and supported while navigating challenging rapids. We had a memorable and special day on the river!

We rafted the Penobscot River with North Country Rivers and it was so much fun! I highly recommend this to any family or group of friends! To start, Paul, the extreme bus driver was so kind and such an awesome dude! Then our guide, Barry, who was affectionately known as "Deep Stroker", for his powerful paddle thrusting through an unforgiving river was extremely knowledgeable which made it a calming experience for our group! When you book your trip, make sure to ask for "Deep Stroker" because he made our rafting trip memorable and exciting! 10 out of 10 seriously impressed!!! And btw, the food provided was phenomenal, we had the steak and it was cooked and marinated perfectly! Love you guys! Thank you for the memories

We did the Penobscot River Ultimate. Kyle did a great job prepping us during the bus rides for what comes next. After lunch, a cookie sure would have been a nice treat! Barry did a great job as our rivee raft guide. We all had a blast!
