Service was great! Coffee was great! However..driveway is kind of a hazard. The bushes make it so you can't see to the left so you kind of have to guess if someone is coming. Don't get me wrong. Russian roulette is fun, but I'd like to be able to continue giving your company my money..I can't do that if I'm rolled over.

Im not normally one to complain or leave bad reviews over something as trivial as a drink. But today I went there and ordered a medium iced matcha latte and they literally handed me a cup of milk with globs of matcha at the bottom completely unmixed with no straw and said nothing to me at all.. At that point you didnt even make the drink, you poured milk over powder and handed it to me like that with zero care at all. Anyone who drinks this stuff knows that matcha is ridiculously hard to mix after the fact when you dont do it right and basically impossible to do in cold milk with a straw in your car, it isnt like getting a coffee that you have to just shake up (which is annoying enough). So basically I got stuck drinking a ridiculously expensive glass of milk with a bunch of separated chunks in it because they couldnt be bothered to actually make the drink, I guess. My point here really is that I would have a serious issue if I was management with that staffs total lack of caring at all. I know Dunkins is hardly a glamorous place to work and I dont expect perfection but I would be embarrassed to show up anywhere and put that little amount of effort into what I was doing. Id say some retraining is in order at the very least.

Wrong coffee, 2 wrong breakfast sandwiches, stale pancakes, and didnt get our wake up wrap. If I could leave 0 stars I would!
