        I go there at a minimum 5 days a week always leave a nice tip because I know its a lot of work dealing with people who dont have their coffee and can be difficult. That being said your in customer service and the woman behind the counter whom Im assuming is a manger is nasty to her fellow employees. Short with customers and acts put out. I go there and still tip her to be nice. But yesterday when the espresso machine was still down so I ordered regular coffee and tipped her. My coffee was disgusting burnt and cold. That was one of those times when I wanted to forget my manners. Like you have a job its making coffee and you cant even do that.
