The receptionist is rude and nasty to people when they call needing help for a child. She has a terrible attitude refuses to pass on messages to the doctor and hangs up on you before you get what you need. She needs some serious help with dealing with the public

Been coming here for a decade now. I can't even recall one bad experience. The staff are excellent. So glad this place is here to serve our community.

I am terrified of going to the dentist. Even just for a cleaning. Theres always pain and anxiety. Not here! The staff are so empathetic. Theyre very aware of their patients comfort and do everything they can to put you at ease. My big thing is that its easier to deal with the whole situation if I know whats coming. I asked a dentist at another practice if he would kinda give me a heads up here and there. He, instead, threatened to go home. The dentist at this office didnt even need to be asked. They just did it! I was delighted! What was supposed to take 2 hours only took just over an hour. So smooth. So painless. I had previously brought my son here to get seen as a walk in. We got there around 5:45am and he was able to see a provider pretty quickly. He had some academic obligations approaching. He told the staff. They were able to get him in time to get everything taken care of before he had to leave. We didnt expect that. They are a non profit. Theyre working so hard for the community and they seem to regard their patients experience as a very high priority. And I truly appreciate the experience they gave me. Thank you.

They got me in for an exam right away and took care of the extraction the same day. Everyone is friendly and kind. Great experience so happy and no more tooth pain
