Helped me on the first visit. But return visit was a complete failure. FOLLOW UP: 06/2023 I returned to follow up on my first visit and had to have my fillings taken care of. I was SCOLDED for not returning sooner by Dr.Lee. I could not afford to return any sooner , as the first visit was very expensive. Being reprimanded for not being able to afford services is an insult. You lost a patient. I am a clinician, I would never speak with patients that way.

I went in based on the statement on their website claiming no judgement. I had an emergency extraction and scheduled a full-exam for a month later. I paid for the first visit at the price I was quoted before they did the extraction on the spot. A couple weeks later I got a bill for $250. because they estimated wrong. When I went in for my full-exam, I asked about the bill and what was going to happen when they did my exam and made a treatment plan for the rest of the work I needed done, and if it was worth my time to keep the appointment since I wasnt confident I could rely on their estimates for the future work. The receptionist told me Decay doesnt happen overnight. Literally shaming me for the state of my teeth right there in the waiting room in front of the other patients. I have it on video. She repeated it for the camera. She felt that was entirely appropriate to say to a patient, and had no problem repeating on camera. The Dr. may be decent but the staff is atrocious. I now cant get myself to make an appointment somewhere else, I had enough anxiety about going to the dentist before thatnow I cant even bring myself to see one and I will keep living in pain instead, all because she thought it was acceptable to shame a patient. I wouldnt recommend anyone see this Dentist, and am looking for a way to make sure everyone hearses what this horrible person said and the pain, shame, and anxiety she instilled in me. She needs to be exposed and so doesnt this Dentists practice for allowing that behavior.

Today's cleaning was 10/10 I think her name was Desiree, very professional, kind, and delicate/precise. Not rough, which I'm thankful for. Always good service here.

Horrible dentist. Condescending while he has his fingers in your mouth, wants 'full autonomy ' to get away with subpar quality dental work. Communication only exists with him if you do only what he says. This young man needs to get some manners and not treat patients so rudely. Jumping from room to room to room is Horrible customer service. If wasn't for all the very nice women who work there I wouldn't have lasted 6 visits. Then after all aggressive work around a crown it falls out and he now wants ME to pay for it. Bad communicator, terrible workmanship. Don't waste your time and money. Still missing the crown he knocked out!!!! Bad businessman, immature.
