I need to speak with the owner about the staff here I have already spoken with the owner about issues regarding the staff here I was issued a no trespassing tonight for not even causing an issue I went in the store purchased something came out was adjusting my bags and got threatened to have the police called and then the lady said she'll be back out in 20 minutes and we said okay that's fine that gives us plenty of time to finish whatever we're doing adjusting the stuff that we just purchased and putting them in our bags and then the guy comes out and threatens to call the police and I told him I had already spoken with the owner about the disrespect from the staff because every time somebody goes in there if they adjust their bags outside they get threatened but if you're in your car you can sit out there for hours and hours on end for instance tonight there's somebody homeless sleeping outside under the Big Apple sign and the person's allowed to stay there but I can't even adjust my bag so I would like to have a meeting with the owner because this is completely unfair I've never committed a crime in my entire life never been criminal trespass anywhere and I really don't plan on this being the first time I would really like the cameras to be looked at and for you guys to see how much I go in there and how much money I spend and how nice i am how nice I am in there.

I seldom ever give a one star rating but in this case it's necessary. My experience last week was the worst I've had at any Big Apple ever...and that's saying a lot considering I go to the one that frequently gets robbed in Augusta. Anthony was very rude and I ended up going to the Irving in Auburn instead. They were much nicer there and actually made me feel welcome. I don't plan on going back to this Big Apple again and I'll be sure to recommend others stay clear of this place too.
