        I usually love this Dunkin location but was a bit miffed when they closed their ovens at 5:15 (maybe even earlier, that was just when I placed my order). I know this isn't standard procedure at other dunkin locations, but oh well what can you do. What really added to the experience was when they did a refund through my app and the cashier touched my phone screen without asking me if it was okay. Super unsanitary, especially during covid.

        I wasn't going to leave a review until I saw that someone else recently wasn't given any service either. I stood in the empty dunkin' today and waited around 2 minutes and was never acknowledged. The woman in the front just stood at the register and was talking to someone in the back and acted like I wasn't there.I walked away and left. I don't know why either. Oh well.
