      image This branch has gone way down hill since covid ~was there recently for two hours ~ bc their two party validation wasnt working tho Ive banked there 20 plus years ~ had the TD app, called it, got voice recognition; had my license, phone, 20 peeps that Cld have verified me in 10 minutes! Crazy rude and inefficient, yet the manager said he just wanted to make the staff happy! They arent babies, sir! Completely incompetent and unapologetic!
