        One of the worst most unpleasant banking experiences of my life. Truly not sure how this business continues to run.

        Allows unauthorized purchases even after we have expressed that we are not buying the service we are being charged for. Refused to do anything while someone stole 150 dollars from us, over multiple purchases. Will not freeze or close the account and is content letting this guy continue to steal our money. Woman who answered the phone was rude to my wife for no reason. Save yourself and do not bank here.
