Wil (specifically with one L) and Zack (or Zacky as my daughter called him!) were fantastic at helping with our phone upgrades. Wil was great at multi tasking and getting us in and out in a timely manner. I will always go to the Brewer Verizon/ Cellular Sales from now on. 10/10

Colt Whitten was absolutely fabulous! The store was really busy and there were two customers who were very difficult. My old, non-existent LG phone died and Colt was able to revive it so transfers could be made to my new phone. I got three new phones and he was able to save our family plan money. Colt took his time explaining everything to me. He's the best customer service representative I've encountered at the area Verizon stores!

Mine and my husband's phones both had cracked screens so we brought them in for an upgrade and couldn't have had a better experience! Chris was extremely helpful and even managed to get all my apps and photos on my new phone when I thought it wouldn't be possible because the damage was so bad. He found us the best deals and we were able to leave with our new phones the same day, which never happens at the Bangor stores... His coworker even made our kids hot chocolate and let them play games on the store phones. 5 star service from everyone!

Wil saved the day when I rolled up ten minutes to closing to buy my sons birthday present. He could have rushed us, but he didnt. He could have been irritated, but he wasnt. He even packaged the old phone up for me so all I have to do is drop it at UPS. I used to not care which Verizon store I visited to upgrade my phones, but Im absolutely going back to this location because the customer service went above and beyond. Thanks for saving the day for this busy mom who needed to get a birthday present!
