        I cant say enough about Dr. Gilmore and his staff at Maine Functional Medicine. Western medicine and all the pharmaceutical avenues just keep you running around in circles taking more and more pills. Functional medicine helps determine what is at the root of illness so that you can address your lifestyle choices and make lasting changes. Im incredibly fortunate to have found Maine Functional Medicine.

        Excellent care and concern. I went in with high expectations and all were met. We talked extensively about "normal" ranges vs what MY normal ranges should be. We're treating my body and what's best for me, not the masses. We also discussed how food is produced today vs 50 years ago, and why adequate nutrition can be very hard to keep up. Everyone is courteous, kind, and understanding. I don't think I'll ever dread a doctor's appointment again.

        Dr. Michael Gilmore, a great Dr. he listens, his staff pays attention to your symptoms, he will treat you with Pharmaceuticals or natural medicine. Four members of my family go to him, that says something!!!. Great office, great Dr.
