        My wife has been a member for 37 years , she has always paid bills on time , never been late and never had had less then $3000 revolving cash within your institution , we recently purchased a car that was faulty and got the pay off back from the car dealership, the loan still shows on her credit report but the loan that was threw Maine Savings was paid off completely. You knew the details and continued to give not a single amount of help toward her to try and get a new vehicle , thankfully we have another loan with Maine State Federal Credit Union and they were there to not only look at the same thing that Maine Savings was , but went above and beyond helping us get into our brand new 2024 Buick. My wife and i have discussed and she will be pulling all 30 years worth of business with this unwilling ,.unworthy and unrespected credit union.

        Do not use this bank. I tried to cash a check for $4000 and they told me they did not have that amount on hand and to try a different branch. What kind of bank doesnt have $4000 ???

Form time to time we do request that members cash large checks at a branch that has more physical cash on hand to ensure that we can meet the needs of everyone, particularly over a weekend.
