They don't have a good selection of rat stuff or cages and the employees don't really seem to know anything about animals... don't even get me started on the older woman who is in the fish department. Over priced compared to petsmart.

During my latest visit, I saw a few things that alarmed me. First I stopped to look at the reptiles and noticed they now have two medium sized tortoises in a tank that previously housed one small turtle. Theres barely any room for them to move around and they were basically right on top of each other.
Then I looked at the snakes and noticed a red and black snake entirely submerged in its water bowl, its head underwater. I watched it for a few minutes and didnt notice any movement. I assumed it had drowned.
Then I made my way to the fish and noticed that many of the tanks were leaking, so much so that a section had been blocked off from customers. In one of the tanks, something that immediately caught my attention was that there were betta mixed in with skirted tetras. These fish are incompatible, not only are bettas territorial but tetras are known to be fin snippers, seriously injuring or killing long finned fish like betta.

It's hard to rate places right now because they are so understaffed and can't get around to doing everything that needs to be done. So I went with a 4 as the one staff I saw was on register and could only answer my question by saying isle whatever and everything is expensive
