I am new to the area and have been dealing with increasingly worse back pain for many years. My recent move definitely did not help. However, I hesitated to go to Target Point Therapy at first because there aren't many reviews here and, as a young-ish woman, I have to be careful where I go and who I trust, you know? But when I found his business profile on Facebook and saw all of the glowing reviews and comments there I decided to take the plunge. I'm so glad that I did. Frank listened to both the words I used to describe my pain and to what my fascia and muscles were telling him. He was very kind, attentive, and obviously cares a great deal about the mind, body, and spiritual health of his clients. He's also not afraid to apply enough pressure to really get into some super tight knots, unlike most of the massage therapists I've been to over the years. (This is very important to me, most massage therapists cannot do this and I don't get much benefit from their work.) I believe him when he says that he wants to help me find and fix the root cause of my pain and not just solve it temporarily. I left feeling lighter and freer and with far more energy than I'd had in a long time. I'll definitely be back, and I'd recommend Target Point Therapy to anyone dealing with chronic pain.

It's very knowledgeable about what he does, and helps give relief for painful areas. He talks you through what he's doing in a very calm manner, and helps your body to heal itself.. He's the Bob Ross of massage therapists
