Mackenzie is the worst, she made my friends hair fall out and didn’t even say sorry. She just laugh at her mom. Told her $90 to dye her hair and then charged her $120 and lied about the products she used. She needs to pay for the damage she has done.

It was horrible! They told me a price on the phone and charged me $50 more after the services. The color and cut wasn’t what I asked for at all! When I said something, Jocelyn said, “No it is what you asked for”
Ummm when I receive a bob hair cut after I ask for a shoulder length, I have the right to say something. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU LIKE HAVING NICE HAIR.
