        We deposited a check through the atm and we weren't told that even though it shows in our account that it has been deposited, that we wouldn't be able to use the money until the 21st. We have had nothing but troubles with this bank since we opened it almost 2 years ago.

        Went through the craziness of Walmart to open an account with them for my second job, and they did not have anyone who could open up an account. Her recommendation was for me to drive to the other branch 30 minutes away.

      Thank you for your review of our ATM depositing services. Our ATM deposits have an automatic 3 business-day ATM deposit hold until they can be verified. Once verified, the hold on the account will be adjusted in accordance to our Funds Availability Policy, which can be found on all our ATM's and inside our branches.

      Hi Sean, thank you for your review. While we can sometimes squeeze in a walk-in, we do often have full days with back to back appointments. We recommend scheduling an appointment for any account opening or loan applications to ensure that there is someone available to assist you.
