I can't say enough positive things about Chris at Lake City Exports on Center Street in Auburn. After a discouraging week car searching, on my way home I decided to stop in. Chris greeted me in the parking lot, I told him my situation and he found the perfect car (Subaru Forester) to fit my budget. The car was in immaculate condition and well cared for. I really should have stopped here first! Thank you Chris and Lake City Exports!

I had a great experience with these guys. Every vehicle I looked at was in beautiful shape. The salesmen were not pushy at all, and let me do things at my own pace. I drove away in a vehicle that I thought was out of my league. I would tell anyone to at least give them a chance. I know I'll be back for a second vehicle in the next year or two.

I had a wonderful experience at Lake City Exports. I was interested in a car on Saturday and was driving it home on Monday. Eric and his team make the process so smooth and painless. When I'm done this current car, I will be back at Lake City again. Everyone was very professional and authentic.

Bought my truck with just over 80,000, (just voiding their extended warranty that goes until 80,000). (Under 100 miles over 80,000) Timing chain went on truck within 2 months. IWE system started being noisey within a month and half. Still isnt right after the dealer has looked at it 3 times. And when I called and asked if they could just hook me up with a mechanic that could get in sooner than the dealer, (I literally stated I dont expect them to do a thing for me as Im outside their warranty), I got what do you expect us to do for you. Did end up calling his mechanic who basically told me their first apt availability was a month out. I would say Buy with confidence anywhere else and I truly hope this helps someone in the future when looking at their motto. Response to response: I signed no piece of paper saying that the timing chain was bad. I signed a piece of paper that frees you of responsibility of a blown motor from a timing chain, oil leak, or check engine light. And that I received the carfax. I assure the attached information is exactly what happened to me shopping through your dealer and will remain as accurate as the receipts show. Thank you for responding though
