After getting tired of taking our vehicles to the shop we decided to look for something newer. We found k&r on the internet and scheduled to meet Justin that day. He was super helpful I like options and wasn't sure what I wanted haha he was patient and showed me many different cars until I found the one I had to have this was the smoothest car buying experience we have ever had! we were driving away in a new car in a couple hours after arriving. I couldn't be more happy with our purchase! I'll definitely be back next time we are looking for another one! Thanks Justin for all your help!

About a month or so before purchasing my current vehicle, my old car was having some issues. It wasnt until about a week prior did it become a situation in which we needed to get a new car for me asap. So, my parents and I started the process of car shopping. We stopped by at K&R and were welcomed with a warm greeting by one of the salesmen right when we walked into the building, who we quickly learned to be Teddy. Teddy was amazing through the whole process from start to finish. He helped us test drive a good handful of cars and answered what seemed to be a never ending amount of questions we had. As the day came to an end though, there was still one car that I was interested in as I had seen it on the website the day before. However, although the car was there it was not available to test drive, and technically look at, until the following day as it was in the shop getting cleaned and getting new tires and breaks; but Teddy was very kind and was somehow able to allow us to look at the car while it was still in the shop. He told us to come back the following day and we would be able to test drive it. Early the next morning my parents and I returned to K&R and was once again greeted with Teddys warm, bubbly welcome. We test drove the car from the day before and went back inside to talk numbers and to make a final decision. At this point I had a very tough decision to make but Teddy was very patient with me as it took me a while to finally make up my mind. In the end though, I went with the one that was originally in the shop getting its final touches put on. From there it was just all the paperwork we had to go through and essentially was the waiting game. In most cases this is the part that gets confusing and sometimes overwhelming but Teddy made it very easy to understand everything that was going on and walked us though step by step the whole way through. I was finally able to take my new car home! Of course, this wouldnt be the end of the story if there wasnt something that popped up after everything was finalized, would it? That night, barely twelve hours after driving off the lot, I noticed while trying to connect my phone to the car, the car screen was not responding on one side. So, just like Teddy had said before we left earlier that day, if there were any issues or questions we had about the car, dont hesitate to shoot him a call or text. That was exactly what I did. Within less than a week Teddy was able to get me a new screen and arrange a time for it to be installed. I greatly appreciate all you have done for us through all of this. It has been a pleasure being able to do business with you. If I, heaven forbid, need a new car again, this is the place and guy I will go to. But until then I will for sure recommend everyone to this place and to specifically ask for Teddy as was by far the best salesman I have done business with. Best, The Baron Family
