        Our phones tell us when you put us on hold. I've been trying to call this location with a question regarding a check from TD for the last week or so. Each time after a few rings someone places me on hold without even answering the phone and the hold times out after exactly two minutes making it virtually impossible to contact this location. So now I have to drive there in ill condition to get an answer to a question that could easily be answered over the phone. I greatly appreciate the service here.
