      image Scheduled an appointment for 9am on Friday. Never showed up or called. Around 10am I called to follow up. No answer and no one followed up with me. Very unprofessional.
      Update: Didnt receive a follow up until after this review was posted. Offered to reschedule and I politely declined. After this owner replies family comes first, sorry you couldnt understand that. Very unprofessional when the mistake was his communication in the first place. Wouldnt recommend!!

      I do apologize about the missed appointment. My kids were sick and they had to come first. We provide excellent service and our reviews reflect that. Sorry you feel this way. Good luck to you and have a great day. Update: review wasn’t seen until she told me about it. I did offer to reschedule. My reviews speak for themselves. Sometimes family does come first. Most of you can understand that. Some people just want to try to hurt a business or make them look bad.
