        Still waiting for my warranty pickup....called 21/2 months ago....and still waiting on pickup. Might as well change oil and sharpen blades myself.

        I recommend finding any other options you can find for Sthil parts. After selling me the wrong part and my 36 mile trip to learn that I was sold the wrong part, they didn't seem upset at their mistake or my huge inconvenience at all. Posting bad reviews on Facebook next.

        The customer service is Absolutely Trash! I bought a 6k mower from them now they want even acknowledge you when you walk in unless youre white of course..and the man on the phone gave me 1 price then when I went to pick up gave me a whole other different price would not recommend this store at all horrible staff and customer service I will never return back to this store. FYI they dont honor theyre warranty

      Hello I do see were you signed up for our Spring Mower Service on Feb 29th not 2 1/2 months ago. This service does have a FREE pickup and delivery and we work different zip codes and area's at a time. We still have plenty more to pick up and service and we do them in the order they come in. This service started December 1st so I'm sure you must be coming up soon to be serviced. So please check your oil and continue to use your mower till we can get you picked up. Thank Jeff

It sounds like since you are saying we don’t honor our warranty maybe you was charged for a repair that you felt should have been free.
