        Wife and I booked with Captain Brent Roy. This is the first time weve booked a charter ever, so we didnt know exactly what to expect. We had the quite possibly the best time of our lives fishing with him. He was awesome, easy going and extremely knowledgeable. We had a limit of 50 speckled sea trout in 2 hrs and the wife landed the biggest redfish I have ever seen. A fantastic experience and we will be definitely booking regular trips with Venice Charters Unlimited. Im so grateful for the experience they were able to provide us.

        My Husband & I booked our anniversary trip for Oct 2021. Yes it's taken me this long to leave a comment. We booked 2 guided trips & yes they were recovering from a Hurricane but they were up & running. 1st trip out we caught 1 red & honestly I've caught bigger ones in Galveston Texas. Our guide was supposed to be the owner but, he left town. The guide we got was Schedule to go home but had to stay & it was Obvious he did not want to be there. As a matter of fact I did not go on a second trip just my husband went. We r from Houston, Texas so that was a long drive & I was 100% unsatisfied. I will never do it again. Sorry but I had to tell the truth it's been bugging me for a little over 2 years. . The guide even yelled @ me when I put bait on my line & starting fishing on the other side of the boat not the way he TOLD ME TO. Said I was Wasting bait( that we paid for might I add) The only good part was were we stayed.

        Best group of guys in South Plaquemines! Had 3 boats fishing two days with Brent, Jesse, and Bryan. Had all boats limits within 30 minutes both days then moved to bull reds! If youre looking to fill the box give them a call.

        Unethical fishermen if you can call them that. They over catch undersized fish. Bad show..
